Register for a requestor account to submit and manage your permissions requests. If you are a publisher and have a PLS Account Manager account, you can use your existing login details to access PLSclear to submit requests. If you would like to use PLSclear to manage your incoming requests, please contact us.
Passwords are required to be a minimum of 8 characters in length with at least one: lowercase letter, capital letter and number.

You acknowledge that if it is necessary for the performance of our contract with you, we will send your name, contact details and the relevant request details outside the UK to the country in which the relevant publisher is based e.g. the USA.
Such countries may provide a different level of protection of personal data.
All personal data that you submit to us will be processed in accordance with applicable laws and as set out in our privacy notice, a full copy of which you will find here.
